*** Targeted Project *** We currently have a targeted project where we need the assistance from 4 Professional Consultants to pursue specific equity transactions. The Target: There is a specific industry that is undergoing an “industry roll up.” There are literally thousands of locations nationwide we will be pursuing. These are equity investments that our Clients are asking us to bring to the table. The Clients are Fortune 500 companies with available capital to close many, many deals.
The Consultant: Income generation from this project will come from consistency and professionalism. Most contact with the Client is during business hours. However, the Consultant must be able to communicate at the Prospect’s convenience whether it is nights, or weekends. The Consultant will be required to have: computer with MS word, color printer, dedicated business phone line, dedicated fax line, fax machine, and E-mail. The upside: The actual process the Consultant is required to complete is not difficult, and any specialized information is minimal and taught by The Project Corporation. Consultants are only required to perform the initial steps. We will then take care of the rest. Complete training and unlimited support is available. Great success can be achieved with 4-10 hours per week. The downside: Equity Investments completed by large corporations take 9 months, or more. Consultants must understand the length of time until closing, and have additional income streams, which are adequate to cover their business and personal expenses. Commissions: These are nice add-ons to your current income, but this is not a “get rich” project. Example: Closing amount $750,000, Consultant’s Commission $15,750. (amounts will vary) How many transactions can you close? Five in a year? Ten in a year? Only a limited number of Professional Consultants will be accepted. This is not a job. This is not a get rich quick opportunity. This is not a project for someone who needs to make money for rent at the end of the month. As in all aspects of doing business, persons involved need to invest in themselves to generate more income. You can’t get something for nothing.
